Meet Jim
Jim, a career Realtor® and lifelong resident of the area, is a master negotiator and a consistent top producer with a proven track record. As a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation held by only 3% of Realtors, Jim knows real estate inside and out. His personable, consultative service is the key to his success. He enjoys working with clients in all price ranges, but his skills as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist are especially useful when he’s selling in Brentwood. He also offers a unique perspective for clients interested in investment real estate, having bought, sold or renovated over 180 such properties himself. Jim is a member of Real Estate Investors of Nashville.
Meet Melissa
A former marketing executive, Melissa’s background provides a strong foundation to determine the right course of action for buyers and sellers. Melissa has 20+ years of marketing expertise with talents in design, advertising and public relations…not to mention she’s tech savvy, a great listener and excellent photographer (and a bit of a perfectionist). She previously served as fundraising chair and VP, Communications for Edmondson Elementary PTO, as well as sitting on the parent advisory council for Metro Nashville Public Schools. She remains very involved with school and community activities. She is a certified stager and holds the designation of Expert Psychological Stager™.
Meet Trish
Prior experience as a school teacher and pre-school director is an excellent background for Trish assisting families moving into Williamson County. An Accredited Buyer Representative, Trish specializes in residential buyer representation and she loves working with buyers. She is super organized, confident and wears many hats. She has personally lived in Franklin, Thompson’s Station and now resides in Nolensville, the fastest growing section of Williamson County. She is the former volunteer team treasurer and fundraising coordinator for The Brentwood Soccer/Tennessee Soccer Club.
