Doesn’t this make perfect sense? This is what ‘staging’ is really all about. Evoking a positive and connected feeling for potential buyers. Staging is both an art and a science: psychology.
When our preferred stager/decorator/color consultant a.k.a. The Decorologist contacted us to see if we might have a home for her upcoming Expert Psychological Staging™ certification course, we ecstatically obliged.
Yes, we had the perfect home in Lenox Village, an up and coming area of Nashville. And, yes, we had the sweetest, willing clients with just the right amount of on-trend furniture and decor (some of the pieces handcrafted by the owner himself). It wasn’t going to be an easy task, though. The day of the staging our clients were hosting a birthday party and expecting 45 guests that same afternoon. Yikes! The stagers had just THREE hours to transform this home.
And, WOW, did they ever! Here are before and after photos:

And just to make sure you are ‘feeling’ it, I had to throw in some extra close-up shots that felt special to me:
Thank you to a ‘beauty full’ family and our team of ‘beauty full’ EPS™ stagers. As you might imagine, Jim and I were on pins and needles with the tight timeframe and couldn’t wait to see the end result. Here’s the video of the staging reveal to the Allen Team of RE/MAX Choice Properties.

Please be sure to check out our complete listing at 4335 Barnes Cove. And if you know the perfect family for this perfect home, be sure to let me know. I don’t expect it to last too much longer.
What do you think? How’d we do?
I don’t know about ya’ll, but I’m ‘Hooked on a Feelin.’
