That is anybody’s guess but there is some encouraging news coming out for the real estate market in Brentwood.
The number of homes closed in Williamson County in March increased by 29% compared to February 2012.
Days on the market and inventory levels are also steadily decreasing which is an encouraging sign for homeowners ready to get into the market.
Absorption rates seem to indicate a more balanced market than we have seen in quite some time.
